Starting on July 12, 2010, AllTech converted its pricing to a three tier structure.

  1. I.Home User

  2. -Home Users represent individuals whose computers are not used for their business and are not a government entity in whole or in part.

  3. II.Business

  4. -Businesses are not a Home User, but business entities that are using the computers as part of the function of their daily business activities. A business is not a government entity and the converse is also true.

  5. III.Government Entity

  6. -A Government Entity is not a Business, but any component of government, be it hamlet, village, city, town, county, state, federal or any other formal organization of a municipal entity. It does not matter whether the name of the organization contains the name of the municipality for which it serves.

  7. AllTech Computing Services, LLC will make the final determination on which tier the client is most closely represented. This point is not negotiable.

  8. The pricing for each tier depends on three components.

  9. I.Consulting Charge Per Hour (CCPH)

  10. -The hourly rate which is multiplied times the number of hours expended which will not be less than the Minimum Time Period.

  11. II.Minimum Time Period (MTP)

  12. -The minimum number of hours that will be charged regardless of the time expended.

  13. III.On-Site Surcharge

  14. -A one time per visit fee charged for travel to the customer site. This is fixed at $20 for each 20 mile segment one way, i.e., $20 within 20 miles, $40 within 40 miles, $60 within 60 miles, etc.

These rate schedules are further subject to the following restrictions.


  1. 1.If the service that you need is not listed here, it will be performed on a time and material basis unless other arrangements have been made.

  2. 2.All work is performed at our place of business unless other arrangements have been made. Work at the customer site includes the On-Site Surcharge as described above.

  3. 3.Rates are for labor only. Rates shown are based on non-exceptional circumstances. If upon evaluation, it is determined that the fee will be greater than the listed amount, work will not continue until the customer has approved the charges. Rates represent the charge for AllTech as the primary contractor. Rates charged by other primaries when AllTech is a subcontractor are out of the control of AllTech. Rates are subject to change. ALLTech Computing Services, LLC reserves all rights to setting and changing of rates for services.

  4. 4.AllTech Computing Services, LLC reserves the right to deny service to any person, business or government entity for any reason or for no reason at all.

  5. 5.AllTech Computing Services, LLC is not subject to any pre-written definition of what contractors should charge. Our rates are not negotiable.
